All prices are subject to change without notice. MarciaFriedman.com expressly reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any party.
Payment
MarciaFriedman.com accepts the following forms of payment: credit cards -Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashiers check, money order or personal checks. Personal checks must clear before shipment of item. MarciaFriedman.com features secure online ordering by credit card. All transactions must be in US currency. All orders shipped to the State of Wisconsin are subject to the current Wisconsin State sales tax.
Time Frame
Allow 2-3 weeks from confirmation of order to shipping, although it may be sooner. You will be notified by e-mail when it is being shipped.
Contiguous United States
MarciaFriedman.com currently ships by UPS, Fed Ex, and Airborne Express ground service. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers. If you wish overnight or 2nd day service, e-mail request to customerservice@marciafriedman.com and specify whether you want one day service for an additional $15; or two day service for an additional $10.
Non Contiguous United States:
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands, shipping charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order.
International Orders
For Canadian orders an additional $10 will be charged. For all other international orders, shipping charges are generally more expensive than domestic and the cost of these additional charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order. Note: We do not accept international returns unless they were initially received damaged in the shipping.
Customs and Duties Information
On international shipments there is a strong likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. MarciaFriedman.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MarciaFriedman.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Return / Replacement Policy
We are sure you will be very pleased when you see the actual piece, and for that reason we stand behind the work and its quality. But to be fair to both the buyer and seller, we have incorporated the following policy:
Notify us immediately if package is damaged during shipping. Every piece is examined before shipping to make sure it is in excellent condition. However, if you are dissatisfied, the item in same excellent condition may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund of the item. We recommend you insure the return shipment and package it well to prevent any damage during shipment. Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns unless item was damaged in shipping. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return item at: (608) 276-4009 so that a return confirmation number can be issued.
You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
