Are these originals or editions?

Most are limited editions and others are uniquely painted originals.

Images purchased and personalized with customer's pets are originals as they are one of a kind.

Can I order a different size?

Email us what size you want, and we will let you know if it can be created for you.

I see an image I like but want another one to go with it, do you possibly have others available?

There are a lot of contemporary art images available that are not shown on this website. There may be companion pieces on some of the art you see in this online art gallery. Contact me with what it is you're looking for.

Requests for Special Art?

If you like the unique art you see here and would like something created specifically for you, feel free to get in touch.

What if my item is damaged in shipping?

In the event that your order is damaged in shipping, we require that you notify us within three days of receipt and provide photographs of both the artwork and the damaged box. Once we have received your photos of the damages your art will be recreated. The photos are necessary in order to submit a claim to the shipper.

What is the time it takes to receive the art?

Once the order and payment are complete the normal turnaround time is two weeks for it to be ready to be shipped. You will be notified once it is shipped. Holiday season may take longer as may special orders.

What about returns?

Other than being damaged in shipping as stated above, since each piece is created individually the policy is not to accept returns. 

Shipping Rates?

 -  I have tried to keep shipping rates lower than they actually cost and they will appear at check out and before you pay.

 - For countries outside of the United States and Canada, email your address, country, postal code and what you are purchasing, so we may contact you with the shipping charge.
