What if my item is damaged in shipping?
In the event that your order is damaged in shipping, we require that you notify us within three days of receipt and provide photographs of both the artwork and the damaged box. Once we have received your photos we will recreate the art and ship it out promptly. The photos are necessary in order to submit a claim to the shipper.
What is the time it takes to receive the art?
On regular sales once the order and payment are complete the normal turnaround time is two weeks for it to be ready to be shipped. You will be notified once it is shipped. Holiday season may take longer as will special orders.
What about returns?
Other than being damaged in shipping as stated above, since each piece is created individually our policy is not to accept returns. We have been in business for many years and have outstanding references and have never had an issue with the quality of the work.
- Shipping rates appear after you fill out your information when you go to check out and before you pay.
- Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are slightly different from the other 49 states.
- For all other countries outside of the United States and Canada, email your address, country, postal code and what you are purchasing, so that your rate can be applied.
